Deck Function Room

The stylish function room is located on the rooftop of the Waterside Hotel and opens out onto the deck. This spacious room presents a modern design & furnishings, bar facilities, an outdoor landing and audiovisual features. Choose from our range of gourmet barbeque & finger food menus all complimented by outstanding service.

The deck function room is available 7 days a week. The capacity for cocktail parties is 80 - 200 guests however functions above 200 people can utilise part of the outdoor deck as well.

The Deck BBQ

During Summer months, the north end of the deck can be reserved for parties to enjoy a gourmet barbeque or tasty finger food outdoors (Sunday - Thursdays Lunch or Dinner & Friday Lunches).

The barbeque is cooked by one of our talented chefs in front of your guests and served on platters. The gourmet barbeque menu is extensive & satisfying - great for feeding a hungry crowd!

Although this area does not have a private bar, your guests can easily access to the public bar and we are happy to provide wristbands if you would like to run a bar tab.

Winter Lodge

During winter it is possible to book a cordoned area in the winter lodge on Thurdays and Friday during the day. The area is suitable for cocktail style functions of 30 to 80 people. Mondays through to Wednesday the venue can be booked exclusively. Please contcat our functions department for more information.

Hiring the Deck

The entire venue can be hired exclusively Sunday - Wednesday (May - September) or Mondays (November - March)
